The Pumpkin Factory

The Pumpkin Factory might be the most fun that comes through this boring little city each year; it’s like having a fair right in your backyard. With exciting games and attractions — not to mention the type of food we all love but shouldn’t eat regularly — The Pumpkin Factory is fun for the whole family. October is already halfway through, and the Pumpkin Factory only comes to Corona once a year. So, what are you waiting for, visit it today!

Coming from an employee, I can tell you with firsthand experience that it’s worth your money. It’s fun for a family adventure or just for you and a couple of friends. There are plenty of fun activities to fit everyone’s needs. There are classic carnival games like darts and ring toss to get frustrated at, or, if games aren’t your style, you can go on some of the many rides. Albeit most of the rides are geared towards those under 48 inches, there are still many options for those above. Rides such as the super slide or classics like the (pumpkin-field) teacups, just to name a couple. It’s a perfect place for a first or three-hundredth date.

The pumpkin Factory brings a fair atmosphere and vibe to this city. The food is a stand-out feature that everyone loves and one that everyone wants. Before you can hear the laughter and the sound of people having a good time, you can smell the food from miles away. Everyone knows the smell of food synonymous with fairs and pumpkin patches. The Pumpkin Factory is the definition of your guilty pleasure for food. There is everyone’s favorite: funnel cakes, churros, and cheesy soft pretzels, everything that you know you shouldn’t have but can’t resist. But there’s no reason to feel bad because this is the only time of year you can get your hands on your favorite foods. And all of this greasy goodness is just waiting for you at The Pumpkin Factory.

Even though The Pumpkin Factory is mostly fun and games, what would a pumpkin patch be without a wide variety of pumpkins? At The Pumpkin Factory, there is a diverse cast of squash and gourds. At the pumpkin Factory, the pumpkins come in all shapes and sizes, from the classic pumpkin to ones that are star and teardrop shape, all ranging from tiny to gigantic. They also range in color, from orange to black to green to grey and yellow. You won’t find anything matching the variety they have over there, and you’ll see pumpkins you never knew existed before.

Rides and games might be the highlight for some, and the food to some others, but mine, which is unbiased, has to be the petting zoo. When is it that you get to interact with goats, pigs, chickens, sheep, bunnies, and a donkey? Because at The Pumpkin Factory, you can find all of these animals ready to be fed. So, with all this being said, I’ll see you at the petting zoo.
