Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike star in the thriller Gone Girl, a film adaptation of the book Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. Nick Dunne (Affleck) comes home to a nightmare as he discovers the disappearance of his wife Amy Dunne (Pike). When questioned by the police, it becomes more than apparent he knows little to nothing about his wife’s everyday activities, except that she was the inspiration for the bestselling book Amazing Amy along with being an avid reader. His lack of knowledge on his wife begins to raise questions.
