One Direction’s new album Four is truly amazing. The boys really put their hearts into this new album, and made it spectacular. It is almost the exact opposite as their previous albums Midnight Memories and Up all Night. Four is very slow and delicate throughout the whole album; besides only about two songs called “Act my Age” and “Girl Almighty”. Since the new album is mostly slow songs, disappointment could be spread throughout One Direction’s fan base.

Most of the One Direction fans are very supportive of the new album, but some fans feel a little differently because of how much the sound of the band has changed. The previous albums are much more upbeat, and catchy, but in Four the majority of the songs are deep and delicate. On the other hand, most of the band’s fans are enjoying the completely different style and feeling. A big part of the fan base are adapting to the new changes the band has produced in Four. On iTunes the band has already received 19,018 reviews and five and a half golden stars!

Some very noticeable differences between the albums are the speed of the songs and the type of feel each album gives out to the fans. In Midnight Memories the boys have a very fun and positive vibe, but in Four the songs are deep and fragile. Also, in the Up All Night album the boys give off a party and crazy feel! Some fans feel dissatisfied due to the mellow vibe.

One Direction has made a very deep impact on their fans through their songs. Although their new album is peaceful and not as happy as the other albums, fans still enjoy it. One Direction has drastically changed their style, and so have fans.
