Dallas Jackson (9) is a current Freshman at Santiago High School

and a staff writer for the Shark News. Although she is an

underclassman, she aspires to challenge herself and strengthen

her writing through journalism. She developed an interest in

journalism after diving into the importance of updating people on

current events. Aside from writing, she enjoys playing tennis

competitively. After graduating, Dallas would like to continue her

tennis career throughout college. She plans on attending an

undecided college and studying nursing. Her biggest goals are to become a

pediatric nurse and to impact future generations positively.
