Three people died; they didn’t die by choice but because they were unknowingly poisoned by fentanyl given to them by Breanna Daeyshanee Kuyre Garcia and Jason Saha. These people have killed an unknown amount of people by distributing drugs laced with fentanyl in San Berdino.
What Happened?
Alexander Neville, 14 years old. He told his parents on June 22nd that he had an oxycodone addiction, and they booked him into a rehab center in Orange County, California. On June 23, he was pronounced dead at 9:59 am, only four minutes away from the rehab center. The cause of death: fentanyl. Upon further investigation, they found Neville had taken an oxycontin pill he bought on Snapchat through a drug deal without knowing the pill was laced with fentanyl.
A Redlands California couple, Jessica Filosn, 29, and Nicholas Castillo, 30. The bodies of this couple were found in their Apartment and then pronounced dead in January 2020. After an autopsy, the couple was found to have died due to fentanyl poisoning while trying to consume cocaine that they didn’t know was laced with fentanyl.
Now, almost five years later, 28-year-old defendant Breanna Daeyshanee Kuyre Garcia and a second defendant, Jason Saha, are in custody for the possession and distribution of fentanyl.
Saha gave his plea agreement on May 20th; here, he stated that he met Garcia at the Third Street Tavern in Highland. Coincidently, they were both selling cocaine to separate clients at the bar on January 21st, 2020. They went to Garcia’s house after leaving the bar. Saha bought some of her laced cocaine, and they proceeded to sell them in Redlands to Filson, Castillo, the unidentified man. He and Garcia separated, and Saha later sold more laced cocaine to his friends, Farris and Kelly. The Sun News States the three of them took the drugs together… Saha woke up after passing out for 24 hours and found Farris and Kelly dead on January 23.
“Saha was initially indicted in November 2022 on four counts of knowingly and intentionally distributing fentanyl.” – The Sun News. This act resulted in people dying and getting serious bodily injuries. And in January, he did the same thing. He spiked and sold fentanyl-laced cocaine to three men on the 21st, which resulted in three overdoses. Two of the men died, 33-year-old Donald Kelly and 43-year-old Cannon Farris, from acute fentanyl toxicity. The third man, unidentified, was able to survive.
Breanna Daeyshanee Kuyre Garcia and Jason Saha have killed people as a result. Garcia was arrested on November 1, pleading not guilty, but is said to appear in her trial starting January 14th, 2025. 39-year-old Jason Saha will receive his sentencing on March 10th of 2025, with two counts of possession and intentional distribution of the drug; pleading guilty, Jason will face up to 40 years in prison.
PSA: According to the United States DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration), “An Overdose of fentanyl can cause stupor, changes in pupil size, clammy skin, cyanosis, coma, and respiratory failure leading to death. Fentanyl produces effects such as relaxation, euphoria, pain relief, sedation, confusion, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, urinary retention, pupillary constriction, and respiratory depression. It is approximately 100 times more potent than morphine and 50 times more potent than heroin as an analgesic. Fentanyl has been identified in fake pills, mimicking pharmaceutical drugs such as oxycodone.”
Only 2 milligrams of fentanyl is a lethal dose.
