Lady finally arrested for child endangerment

Twenty-Seven year-old Chiquta Jordan was arrested by LAPD detectives for child endangerment on April 3 2017. And on January 16, four of her children, ages of 2 to 8, were sent to the hospital in critical condition after a home 800 blocks of West Manchester Avenue went up in flames. The police said that the mother left the house unattended because she had to run an errand at 11pm around the time of the fire. The fire ripped through the 400 square foot bugalow, which was mostly secured with bars and steel screen doors. The cause of the fire was the candles that she made to compensate for her inability to pay her electricity bill. The four children were huddled in a small bedroom. Then the firefighters found the children and rescued them. The children were badly burned and suffered from smoking inhalation. Fortunately, the four children were able to bunker down in their small bedroom before experiencing more extreme bodily damage. The case remained under investigation at that time. But on April 3, 2017 they decided to arrest Jordan for child endangerment.  I mean just leaving the house while young ones are still there with candles is just too risky. The damages on her house are just crazy and hard to look at. And her children are still in critical condition in the hospital. It’s just so sad that the four children were burned and are now in bad shape; I pray for them.
