1.) God Of War

God Of War is a third-person action-adventure game that was developed by Santa Monica Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). The game was released for the PlayStation 4 console on April 20, 2018. It is the eighth installment in the God Of War Series. The game follows the events that happened soon after the 2010’s God Of War III,  and is based of of Norse mythology rather than its previous installments based primary off of Greek mythology.

2.) Monster Hunter: World

Monster Hunter: World was developed and published by Capcom. The Game was released worldwide on January 26, 2018 on the PlayStation and Xbox One, and is a action role-playing game where the players take role of a hunter who is tasked to hunt down monsters in an attempt to kill or trap them. The player, if successful, is rewarded with a variety of equipment to craft more sophisticated  weapons and higher quality armor.

3.) Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 is an upcoming action-adventure game. The game is being developed and published by Rockstar, and is planned to be published on October 26, 2018. It is set during the Western times and is the third installment of the Red Dead series and follows the story of the Outlaw Arthur Morgan along with a few other members of the Dutch van der Linde gang.

4.) Far Cry 5

Far Cry 5 is an action-adventure FPS game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft Toronto. The game was published on March 27, 2018 by Ubisoft and has been released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It takes place in Montana as the main character fights to liberate the county from the antagonist Joseph Seed and his cult.

5.) Sea Of Thieves

Sea Of Thieves is a online action-adventure. The game was developed by Rare, published by Microsoft Studios, and released worldwide on March 20,2018. The player assumes the role of a pirate roaming the seas solo or as part of a crew.

6.) A Way Out

A Way Out was developed by Hazelight Studios and published by Electronic Arts under their EA Originals program. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 23, 2018. A Way Out is an action-adventure where the player assumes the role of two convicted prisoners attempting to break out and avoid authorities.

7.) Kingdom Hearts III

Kingdom Hearts III is a action role-playing game scheduled to release for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One late 2018. The game was developed and published by Square Enix. Kingdom Hearts III is the twelfth installment in the Kingdom Hearts series, a sequel to Kingdom Hearts II. The game is based around the search for the seven guardians of light and the Key to Return Hearts. The player must also attempt to thwart Master Xehanort’s plan in bringing the second Key blade war.

8.) Crackdown 3

Crackdown 3, an action-adventure game for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One, is being developed by Reagent Games and Sumo Digital; it is to be published by Microsoft Studios. The game’s release date was originally in 2016, however, it was changed to November 7, 2017. It was then further delayed to 2018 for a unknown reason. In Crackdown 3, players finds themselves in a city, New Providence, which is controlled by a number of different organizations. Players must gain control of the city by killing the leaders of the groups.

9.) Detroit: Become Human

Detroit: Become Human is an upcoming action-adventure game set to release on May 25, 2018. It is being developed by Quantic Dream and is to be published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. The plot is centered around 3 androids: Kara, a girl who escapes a factory to explore her newfound sentience, Connor, who is tasked with hunting down deviant androids, and Markus, who tasks himself with releasing androids from servitude.

10.) State Of Decay 2

State of Decay 2 is a soon-to-be released survival game which is being developed by Undead Labs. It is to be published by Microsoft Studios for Windows and Xbox One and is set to be released on May 22nd, 2018. The game offers solo or cooperative game play features and is set in third person, where a zombie-infested world is displayed.
