Abby Grossberg was sued by  Fox News when she was a producer. But now fox news is being sued by Dominion. In the meantime, the Dominion lawsuit against Fox News is still ongoing. As part of it, Fox News is suing one of its producers to prevent her from disclosing information that could potentially harm Fox News’ chances even more.

Grossberg intends to sue Fox News after she said she was “coerced” and “intimidated” by the network’s legal team into giving false and misleading testimony in the Dominion lawsuit. She also claims that the network attempted to shift all responsibility for the defamation against Dominion onto Grossman and Maria Bartiromo instead of Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, et. al.

She later stated that two producers harassed her on a different show for her gender and her religion.

Fox News is trying to silence Grossman because her lawsuit would really screw them. The judge has not yet decided on the restraining order against her.

On Monday afternoon, Fox filed its suit against Ms. Grossberg, seeking to enjoin her from filing claims that would shed light on her discussions with the company’s lawyers.

Later that same day Fox News forced administrative leave. Ms. Grossberg’s lawsuits were filed in the Southern District of New York and Superior Court in Delaware

Ms. Grossberg is mad about the situation and said she would have answered differently but was intimated and coached by Fox producers. She also stated in her lawsuits that fox news has harassed other women and targeted them when they say anything.

Ms. Grossman also stated, “Unfortunately for Fox News, Ms. Grossberg refuses to be silenced, and brings this case to vindication for Fox News’s flagrant violations of her rights under the Equal Pay Act. However, Ms. Bartiromo considered Mr. Clark a liar and believed his priority was sabotaging her SMFMB show.

Ms. Grossberg claimed that Fox lawyers pressured her to downplay a text exchange between her and David Clark, then the senior vice president of weekend news, regarding a segment with Rudolph W. Giuliani, a lawyer for Mr. Trump. Mr. Clark texted: “There will be no ‘fact checking’ today.”

Abby Grossberg on Monday filed a pair of explosive lawsuits against the right-wing talk channel, alleging that the network’s lawyers coerced her into providing misleading testimony in Dominion Voting Systems’ $1.6 billion defamation case against the company.

Grossberg’s lawsuit in a statement that said, “Fox News Media engaged an independent outside counsel to immediately investigate the concerns raised by Ms. Grossberg, which were made following a critical performance review. We will vigorously defend these claims.”
