Morgan Wallen is hitting the road this summer for his highly anticipated I’m The Problem 2025 tour, named after his upcoming fourth studio album. Announced via Instagram on January 24, Wallen teased the album’s title track and a tour featuring special guests like Thomas Rhett, Brooks & Dunn, and Anne Wilson. With a string of chart-topping hits and a massive stadium lineup, this could be his biggest tour yet. He shared in the caption, “Can’t wait for this one. This tour is named after my new album, I’m The Problem, which I am still working on. Excited to tell y’all more about it soon, but the title track will be out next Friday, 1/31.” Wallen also posted a photo showcasing over 30 titles from the album.
For the summer tour, each city will feature two unique openers. Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, and Koe Wetzel will rotate in the middle spot, while Ella Langley, Anne Wilson, Corey Kent, and Gavin Adcock will also rotate as the opening acts.
General ticket sales began on January 31, with tour stops including Huston (June 20-21), Madison (June 28), Miami (July 11-12), Glendale (July 18-19), Seattle (July 25-26), Santa Clara (August 1-2), Cleveland (August 15-16), Foxborough (August 22-23), Toronto (September 4-5), and Edmonton (September 12-13).
Ahead of the album’s release, Wallen has already dropped four singles that are expected to be featured on his upcoming album, including “I’m the Problem,” which was released on January 31, “Smile” on December 31, “Lies Lies Lies,” on July 5, and the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single “Love Somebody.”
The title track, “I’m The Problem,” explores the frustrations of a failing relationship as Morgan Wallen questions his role in its downfall. He questions how someone could fall for him initially, only later to label him as the source of all the issues: “And how do you explain/Ever fallin’ in love with a guy like me in the first place?/Then turn around say that I’m the worst thing.” He concludes, “I guess I’m the problem/ And you’re Miss Never do no wrong/If I’m so awful/Then why’d you stick around this long?”
The song’s lyrics may reference Morgan Wallen’s past relationship with influencer KT Smith, the mother of his son, Indigo Wilder Wallen, born on July 10, 2020. He also previously dated model Paige Lorenze and had a brief relationship with Kristin Cavallari.
It can be confidently stated that Morgan Wallen’s album “I’m the Problem” is expected to be one of the biggest releases of 2025, with the potential to dominate the charts. Variety reports that his previous album, “One Thing at a Time,” dominated the Billboard 200 for 19 non-consecutive weeks, solidifying Wallen’s status as one of country music’s biggest stars.
As the Los Angeles Times reported, Morgan Wallen shared on Friday, “We made so many lifelong memories on the One Night at a Time World Tour, and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for my fans and how they showed up each night. As I’ve been working on new music, it has inspired me to get back on the road and share these new songs with each of you on the I’m the Problem Tour. See y’all there.”
