Santiago High School has teamed up with “Jersey Mike’s Subs” for a fundraiser running from Jan. 27 – Jan. 31. “Jersey Mike’s Subs” is located at 2150 California Ave. #112, and is open from 10:00am – 9pm. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the school.
There are two ways to participate in this fundraiser. The first is to get a “Free Regular Sub” Card, from the Shark Shop or a teacher, and bring it to “Jersey Mike’s Subs” in person. Students can choose any type of sub sandwich they desire, with a required $5.00 donation that will go directly to the school.
The second option is to place an order with a teacher, one day prior to the sandwich being delivered to the school, and pay a $5.00 donation. With this option,the student must select a sandwich from a list, with no changes or personalization allowed.
“My goal is to raise $10,000, and the funds will go to technology and campus beautification,” stated Assistant Principal of Activities Pertia Gonzales.
“Jersey Mike’s Sub” is a popular food stop among students and is expected to bring in a significant amount of funds for the school.
