Savannah Sannes, Editor in Chief
Savannah Sannes (12), a senior at Santiago High School and Editor-in-Chief, plans to create her own restaurant after graduating from business and culinary school. Savannah was a part of the Shark Attack her freshman year, but she was unable to continue owing to necessary classes. She’s always enjoyed creative writing and using her voice to make a statement. She enjoys writing on a variety of topics, ranging from global issues to personal experiences. Savannah’s interest in writing began at a young age, and she used to spend her free time creating stories, which sparked her passion for writing.
Lacrosse, reading, swimming, baking, and watching movies are some of her favorite pastimes. Savannah has a strong desire to travel around the world, particularly to France, Portugal, and Japan. She would need to travel a lot because she wants to make fusion dishes using inspiration from many cuisines. Savannah’s biggest desire is to write a cookbook, which would combine her two passions: cooking and writing. Lacrosse and football are two of her favorite sports to watch. She is a goalie for the varsity lacrosse team at Santiago. Savannah is excited to end her year as a shark!
